What's new in 3.1.1.X - Supplier Catalogue Update options
Supplier Catalogue Update can now generate 6 or 8 digit Stock Codes
The Supplier Catalogue Update function is a fantastic way to stramline your Stock management, ensuring that new stock items have the correct naming convention and also keeping your pricing in line with your buying group rates.
Prior to version 3.1.1.X the Supplier Catalogue Update automatically created the items with the last 6 digits of the stock code, with our latest release you can now choose between 6 digit or 8 digit stock codes.
By default, the Supplier Catalogue Update will be set to 6 digits, to change this to 8:
- Open the Additional Options Screen
- Expand the group 'Import'
- Tick the Box for 'Use 8 digit Stock Code in Catalogue Update'
