Do you have unique supplier accounts set up across your network?
We often find that our Multi Site Operators will set up a unique Supplier Account for each site across their network. For example, each site will trade with Coca Cola but they may have COCA01 set up for site 1, and COCA02 set up for site two.
This helps when it comes to managing the individual accounts across the network, but has in the past restricted some of the functionality available in Beacon. One of the features affected by this particular setup was the ability to have Promo Buy In pricing set up correctly as each site has it's own supplier.
In Beacon version 3.1.1.X we have introduced the ability to add up to 10 unique suppliers to each promotion. This ensures that your sites will be able to access all the functionality around the Buy In pricing, including prompts if they are overcharged by a supplier duing the Buy In period.
