What's new in 3.1.1.X - Automatic EOM Rollover
Streamlining your EOM processes
Gone are the days where you accidentally forget to roll your End of Month or the pop up for 'There has been 1 transaction...' prompts a call to support. In version 3.1.1.X Beacon will automaticall roll over your End of Month afer you complete the Shift Reconciliation dated the last date of the month.
This feature will be automatically rolled out to your site unless you choose to opt out.
Things to be aware of if Automatic EOM Rollover is enabled:
- If you have Customer Accounts you will need to process all account payments prior to reconciling the last day of the month
- You will need to process all Stock Write Offs and any stock takes prior to reconciling the last day of the month
- Any Account Fees and overdue charges will need to be processed before the last reconciliation of the month
