What's new in 3.1.1.X - Contract Sales Report Enhancements

Further reporting detail on Contract Sales


The Contract Sales Report allows you to see how much a contract is being used, the total a contract has cost you over a period of time and also which fuel grades people are using the ontract for.


The report breaks down the values below both by Contract, and then within each Contract by Fuel Grade:


  • The number of litres discounted

  • Total of litres sold in the same period

  • The value of the discount in cents

  • The Total Value of the fuel sold 

  • The number of times this contract has been applied / Number fo discounts


As well as providing an overall total across all contracts for each of the above.


The Contract Sales Report is available at both Site level and Head Office level.  This report will populate on screen but can also be exported to excel.


To run this report at site level

  • Go to Reports

  • Select Sales Reports

  • Select Contract Sales Reports

  • Enter in the date range 


To run this report at Head Office level

  • Go to Head Office

  • Select Reports

  • Select HO Sales Reports

  • Select HO Contract Sales Report

  • Select either All Branches or a Single Branch

  • Enter in the date range
