Announcing Beacon's Professional Services Manager

Introducing Kesavan Satkunam, Beacon's Professional Services Manager

I am very excited to announce, I have been given the opportunity to manage the newly created Professional Services department within Beacon. Being part of Beacon team for the past 14 years I’ve had exposure to many aspects of Beacon and most importantly created relationships with most of our customers. This new opportunity not only gives me the chance to maintain relationships with existing customers but also to welcome and build relationships with new customers.

The Professional services team consist of team members, who are experts in the Beacon application and have a thorough understanding of the retail fuel industry. Our team is in charge of any ad-hoc work that sits outside our support services and also includes training and implementation. One of the favorite aspects of my new role is being able and collaborate with new customers at the start of their journey with Beacon giving them as warm a welcome as possible.

Being part of Beacon family for the past 14 years there are many changes to the Beacon application which continues to improve and progress as many of you will be aware. I’m committed to ensuring this continual progress occurs in the future keeping Beacon relevant to the current market. I’d like to take this opportunity to let you know the Professional Services team is always willing to listen to the needs of your business and work with you to ensure you get the most out of Beacon. I am motivated and eager to support you all to gain more knowledge and better utilise the Beacon application to the best of its capabilities.
