Hi and welcome to the new Beacon blog! We’re very excited to present this blog, along with our re-designed website. We’ve got some big plans in mind.
Firstly, a quick introduction to our regular bloggers; my name is Cem Selamet, and I joined Beacon Business Systems in September 2006 as an Installer & Trainer. Prior to Beacon, I was a Point of Sale operator at a BP Service Station in Perth, Western Australia. Some of our existing Beacon users may recognise me from the Beacon Helpdesk.
Our other regular blogger is Jenny Bennett; Jenny has been with Beacon Business Systems for over 20 years, and is currently in our Admin Dept. Prior to that, Jenny has been an Installer, Trainer, and a Support representative. Jenny has a great rapport with our clients, and has a good understanding of their needs.
Together, we’ll be covering a variety of different topics surrounding Beacon and Beacon Auto Pro. This will include new and unknown features that can greatly improve your use of Beacon. Also, we’ll cover some common Frequently Asked Questions that some of our sites have. We will have promotions on selected hardware and stationery and we will be welcoming aboard our new users of Beacon, with some photos and information.
